Single Minute Exchange of Dies is a fully automated Injection Mould change system where entire Mould change can be effected within minutes saving hours of manual labour.

De-Clamping, , Removal of Existing Mould , Loading of new pre-heated mould in the Machine and Clamping, all such processes can be automated.

We have successfully executed SMED for Mould weighing 50 Ton each.
