Material Quality & Surface Preparation : HEPL ensures that all material that it receives in any of its plants is rust free, fresh and first grade.     All surfaces (non-sand blasted) are cleaned with 3 in 1 solution prior to the application of any paint primer. The phosphating ensures a clean surface free from traces of rust; the ideal surface for lasting paint finish.
