CONVEYORS
Slat Conveyors
Although slat conveyors come in a variety of types all consist of flat lengths of steel mounted on, and following the movement of, chains to form a continuous hard, rigid surface for carrying goods.
Their function is similar to that of belt conveyors, in that they can carry heavier loads than them.
They can negotiate inclines and even curves in special cases.
Advantages of slat conveyor are as follows:
1) No friction between goods and conveyor.
2) Horizontal, inclined and curved routes.
3) Tolerance to heavy loads.
4) Replaceable Slats.
5) Goods Flexibility.

Chip Conveyors
Chip Conveyors are used in machines which require motorized chip removal facility. Heavy duty milling machine or lathes employ chip removing conveyors. Chips of hard material pose a serious problem in conveyors which work on the slat principle. Our tried and tested breed of chip removing conveyors (not a slat conveyor) can work effortlessly for a continuous duty cycle without jamming in places where other chip conveyors have to struggle.
Belt Conveyors
A belt conveyor consists of an endless belt passing over rollers and forming a continuous moving surface which supports goods.
They differ from roller conveyors in that the carrying surface accompanies the goods.
Advantages of belt conveyor are as follows:
1) Gentle handling of goods,
2) High speed,
3) High throughput,
4) Low noise level,
5) Adaptability to different types of goods
Roller Conveyors
Roller conveyors consist of rollers mounted between two side members. They can be unpowered gravity type or powered type and can convey material along a straight path or curved path.
They can be used for many different types of goods, from cardboard boxes to pallet loads and even larger items. Goods must have flat and firm base. They are less suitable for moving easily deformed goods, however the same can be made possible using skids.
For handling hazardous, sensitive goods the rollers can be coated with Rubber, PU, PVC or other material as required for the application.
Bucket Elevator
Bucket elevators are used where the material to be conveyed is a mixture of lumps and powder form.
They consist of buckets mounted on chain/s, they have an advantage over belt conveyors in that they can carry material vertically upwards.

Screw Conveyor
Screw conveyors are used where powder / slurry / pulverised form of material is to be conveyed.
The material is conveyed by the screwing action of the screw.
Overhead Biplanar Conveyor
Overhead conveyors describe all conveyors with roof mounted drives. They offer a fixed handling installation that leaves the floor completely free for personnel and vehicle traffic.
Great freedom of layout is possible, both horizontal and vertical bends are easily constructed.
For certain operations like spray painting and coating, overhead conveyor are the only possible method.
Advantages of slat conveyor are as follows :
1) Free floor area.
2) Layout simplicity.
3) Simple design.
Belt Bucket Elevator
Belt bucket elevators are used in places where the material to be handled is to be conveyed over greater height differences in a vertical manner. The material can vary from powder form to hygroscopic material. They can also be used where the Chain elevator is not suitable.
Roller Tables
Roller tables are used to handle material that has a larger size to weight ratio like sheets of glass, ply-board, tiles etc.
Pipe Conveyors
Pipe Conveyors are used for conveying pipes (Spirally Welded / ERW / Seamless) in unidirectional or bidirectional way.
Hydraulic lifting blades assist the transverse movements from one line to another.
