Jib Cranes (Wall & Column Mounted)
Slewing/Jib Cranes consist of a slewing arm with travel beam and hoist. The hoist moves on the jib arm and covers the area described by the arm's operational radius.
They have the following advantages over EOT/HOT cranes:
1) The maximum lifting capacity may be selected on the basis of the receiving capacity of associated processing machinery.
2) By being fixed in one place it is at hand at all the times and cannot be borrowed.
Jib Cranes can be wall mounted or self supported.
Wall mounted jib cranes can operate over an angle of upto 200 degrees (slewing range 200 degrees).
Self supported jib cranes can have 360 degrees of rotary movement (slewing range 360 degrees).
They can have motorized slewing along with an integrated weighing system.
Jib cranes upto 2 ton capacity and 7 metres span address the majority of material handling problems on the shop floor however as a special case, jib cranes with higher capacity and greater spans are also possible.

We manufacture wall/ column mounted jib cranes with slewing range of upto 200 degrees and self supported jib cranes with 360 degrees of rotation.
